it’s pretty, the room was clean and i felt safe
There was no breakfast, no parking. Your posting was misleading
The location is perfect ?, the breakfast was good .
Angel at the front desk was exceptional. She was professional, friendly and helpful. The room had very useful items even a wine bottle opener. The little dressing table with a mirror was unique. The room itself was very comfortable. The restaurant hours menu and workers are all top notch.

I enjoyed the room. It was spacious, quiet and I appreciated the kitchenette area. The bathroom was clean and well lit. The common areas were clean and I always felt safe. The location was good for us -- as we were close enough to walk to the beach and also centrally located to get to all the attractions (restaurants, galleries etc) in Miami and Miami Beach.
The staff went above and beyond to fix what was in their power to fix. Directly on the beach/boardwalk. The location was beautiful.
Reception 24 hours a day. It was possible to order a room with breakfast. The hotel has a restaurant. The meals were okay.

The place needs to be renovated it has paint peeling in the rooms. The bed wasn't put together properly it fell in a bit when sat on . The ice bucket had mold on it. The water didn't get hot enough. It smells like mildew and basement much like mildew and cement mixed together. There was no parking available. We had to get into our rooms by traveling through a restaurant which also reeked of mildew and cement it was nauseating I would never be able to eat there.
